At JASIELLE, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you find any issues with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no scratches or dents, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at returns@jasielle.com with a photo of the item and the reason you are requesting a return. Please allow us 1-3 working days to process your request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your original form of payment.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@jasielle.com.

Defective or Damaged Items: We understand that receiving a defective or damaged item can be disappointing. If you encounter such an issue, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at returns@jasielle.com with the subject line "Damaged" along with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange a ring for a different size, please send us an email at returns@jasielle.com with the subject line "Exchange" and the Order Number within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions: For a smooth exchange process, please ensure that returned items meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • Please include the original packaging with your return.
  • Returns should be initiated within 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel.

Exchange Process: Once we receive your return, we'll promptly notify you via email. Our team will carefully inspect the product to ensure it meets the above conditions before proceeding with the exchange.

Refusal of Returns: While we aim to accommodate all exchanges, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or fail to meet the outlined criteria.

Shipping Costs: Please note you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s) for exchange. However, rest assured that we will cover the shipping costs for sending your replacement to you, free of charge, on one occasion. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
